You may be asking why you need a GoPro Shutter System? The answer is simple: So you can aim and pull the shutter release to start filming / photo-burst / to stop filming!

With this metal shutter release system, you can put your GDOME and shutter release into the biggest of breakers, without worrying about breakage (like other plastic options out there!)

There are multiple mounts on this rig that can be used for various applications, such as light systems or external mic systems.

The shutter release system will come with two shutter adapters:

One for the session range of GoPro cameras, the other for the Hero 3+/4 / 5 / 6 / 7. This shutter release is made to work with the Hero 4 Slimline + Super Suit and Session Dive Housings.

The second adaptor is compatible with the GoPro Session in Naked Frame, as well as the Hero 6 / 5 Black Naked. Compatible with ALL GDome PDS Dome Housings.
