Given the extreme and challenging environments our products are often used in, it's essential to understand the terms of our warranty to ensure you get the most out of your purchase. Please take the time to review the following details carefully:
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring that your GDome product meets our high standards of quality. However, certain exceptions apply, as outlined below.
What Is Not Covered?
While our warranty offers extensive coverage, it's essential to note that it does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Determination of what constitutes normal wear and tear will be made at the discretion of GDome service centers. Additionally, the warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product when purchased directly from GDome or through one of our authorized dealers. Therefore, proof of purchase may be required. Please be aware that this warranty does not cover any loss of associated equipment, such as cameras, lenses, or other accessories not sold by GDome. Furthermore, it does not extend to cover loss of income, reputation, or other financial expenses, including personal injury. Finally, shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
Our warranty provides coverage for a period of 1 year from the date your product is received, ensuring peace of mind for your investment.
What Will GDome Do?
In the unlikely event that your GDome product proves defective in materials or workmanship, we will promptly repair the defect. If repair is not feasible, we will replace the product or offer a store credit for the original purchase price, whichever is agreed upon by the customer and GDome/Retailer store.
