Delivery Info

  • You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We typically ship within one working day of receiving your order. Delivery times are generally faster for metro areas compared to regional locations.

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our couriers' control, such as customs delays, peak season demand, or incorrect address or receiver information.


  • Please note that some international orders may incur customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges, which may include local VAT, duties, and customs clearance fees.

  • For our customers in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, there are no taxes or duties on orders under $800 USD in the USA and under $1000 AUD/NZD in Australia and New Zealand.

Express COURIER:

  • We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in the world, with DHL Express.
  • We are currently averaging 3–9 working days* for express international deliveries.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by DHL at checkout. Additionally, DHL provides a live estimate of the delivery time. Please note, however, that this is an estimate; we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential delays caused by customs inspections and other factors.

While we offer FREE shipping to certain countries, please be aware that these options may entail slightly longer delivery times compared to our express services.

For seamless door-to-door delivery, kindly provide your daytime address and cellphone number. Upon dispatch, we'll promptly furnish you with the tracking number for your parcel.

Please note that we are unable to ship to Post Boxes.

All prices listed exclude local taxes and duties. Prior to placing your order, we strongly advise checking your local tax and duty obligations.

While we cover all shipping costs, please be aware that local taxes such as VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in our pricing.

    At GDome Shop, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of all products to major city centres within the estimated shipping time.

    We provide reliable delivery services worldwide through trusted DHL Express courier services.

    GDome exclusively ships via DHL International for international orders.

    Please be aware that GDome is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number. If your package indicates successful delivery but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    For added peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection as an optional insurance feature during checkout. By opting out of Shipping Protection, GDome assumes no liability for items that may be lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.



    Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an email with LIVE tracking details with the company it was sent out with. 


    GDome Return Policy

    GDome offers a 14-day return policy for new items purchased directly through our online or physical store. This period starts from the date you receive the product.

    Return Conditions:

    • No refunds will be issued for shipping, taxes, duties, or credit card fees.
    • Purchases made at can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

    Return Requirements:

    • Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging, hardware, and accessories.
    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may use any shipping method, but you must inform us of the return within the first 14 days.

    Post-14-Day Returns:

    • Returns beyond 14 days are subject to GDome's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

    Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is not due to a GDome error, any shipping and handling fees incurred by GDome may be deducted from your refund.
    • For items originally shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by GDome will be deducted from your refund. We can provide the shipping invoice upon request.

    Additional Instructions:

    • Clearly mark the item as a return for refund and declare its value as $5.
    • Take photos of all items being returned and report any damage or marks before shipping them back to us.


    If you would like to exchange your items for something else, please return to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time. All items that you would like to exchange must be in a new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and or accessories.

    When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that GDome cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

    Please indicate your GDome invoice number clearly on the shipping label.


    After 14 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of GDome. Products must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection. If the returned products are not in new, resalable condition, a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee will be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to repackage the gear, please contact us.

    It generally takes 3–5 days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued.

    As soon as the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.


    At GDome, we strive to serve our customers as quickly as possible, and we are constantly working to improve our speed of service.

    However, we acknowledge that delivery companies can occasionally experience strikes and other delays. Such issues are rare, but should any delay occur, we will promptly follow up and handle any queries with the relevant courier company on your behalf.
