Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For certain shipping options, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. These amounts are guaranteed by the shipping provider, meaning that if you select one of these options, you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
If a selected shipping rate does not explicitly indicate that duties and taxes are included, additional charges may apply upon arrival. GDome is not responsible for these charges.
Express COURIER:
- We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in the world, with DHL Express and other premier service providers as shown on checkout.
- We are currently averaging 3–9 working days* for express international deliveries.

Please note, however, that this is an estimate; we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential delays caused by customs inspections and other factors. While these estimates are normally very accurate, shipping may take longer than these estimates!
Please note that we are unable to ship to post boxes.

At GDome Shop, we strive to ensure prompt delivery of all products to major city centres within the estimated shipping time.
We offer reliable worldwide delivery through trusted courier partners, including DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx. All shipments include tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that GDome is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us promptly so we can assist in investigating the matter.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, it must be rejected at the time of delivery. In such cases, please take clear photos of the unopened package and any visible damage as soon as it is presented. This is essential for any claims process. GDome cannot accept liability for damage claims if the package has been accepted without noting the damage or if no supporting evidence is provided.
For added peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection as an optional service at checkout. This provides coverage for items that may be lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If shipping protection is declined, GDome cannot accept liability for such incidents once the order has been shipped.

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an email with LIVE tracking details with the company it was sent out with.
RETURNS
GDome Return Policy
GDome offers a 14-day return policy for new items purchased directly through our online or physical store. This period starts from the date you receive the product.
Return Conditions:
- No refunds will be issued for shipping, taxes, duties, or credit card fees.
- Purchases made at www.getgdome.com can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging, hardware, and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may use any shipping method, but you must inform us of the return within the first 14 days.
Post-14-Day Returns:
- Returns beyond 14 days are subject to GDome's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is not due to a GDome error, any shipping and handling fees incurred by GDome may be deducted from your refund.
- For items originally shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by GDome will be deducted from your refund. We can provide the shipping invoice upon request.

Additional Instructions:
- Clearly mark the item as a return for refund and declare its value as $5.
- Take photos of all items being returned and report any damage or marks before shipping them back to us.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange your items for something else, please return to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time. All items that you would like to exchange must be in a new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and or accessories.
When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that GDome cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Please indicate your GDome invoice number clearly on the shipping label.
REFUND
After 14 days, non-warranty-related returns are at the sole discretion of GDome. Products must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection. If the returned products are not in new, resalable condition, a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee will be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to repackage the gear, please contact us.
It generally takes 3–5 days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued.
As soon as the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
THE FINE PRINT
At GDome, we strive to serve our customers as quickly as possible, and we are constantly working to improve our speed of service.
However, we acknowledge that delivery companies can occasionally experience strikes and other delays. Such issues are rare, but should any delay occur, we will promptly follow up and handle any queries with the relevant courier company on your behalf.
