We will accept returns of any defective products for a period of 365 days after the date upon which the products in question were delivered to you.
We will replace the product at our expense, provided that stock of such products remain available at the time.
Product Liability Cover
Our insurance company will only cover damage or loss of accessories/cameras which has happened as a direct result of manufactures fault.
When the product was received there must be no sign of any faults or damage - if there are any faults or damage, the client must return the goods prior to use, if you continue to use a product after you pick up an issue, you cover will be voided.
All screws need to be fully tightened, any loss of a camera due to screws coming loose or a leak from this will not be covered.
Any product /s that are integral to the waterproofing of a camera, including but not limited to housings, backdoors, lens replacement kits, seals, buttons, latches needs to be tested prior to use.
GDome ships exclusively through FEDEX and DHL International for International orders. By purchasing items from GDome, you acknowledge that GDome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking number to get details of where your shipment is. If your package shows it was successfully delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact us immediately.
Insurance for packages is charged separately by DHL and FEDEX, we offer the option to insure your package with Shipping Protection.
By deselecting Shipping Protection, GDome is not liable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.
